Running RivaTuner had caused some strange glitching on the start-up splash screens a few random crashes, likely due to anticheat noticing it.still better than stuttering. This is a bandaid over the real problem and still needs a fix. RivaTuner allowed the FPS to run stable at the number set. It would do the same no matter the load or set number. If I set the cap at ,say, 60, it would bounce from 58-60. The in-game FPS cap was doing something different then I've ever seen I a game with this function. Reinstall currently Nvidia Drivers (clean) Reinstalled the game on a different drive. Stuttering lasting longer than this may need treatment. Many children go through normal periods of disfluency lasting less than 6 months. Stuttering usually starts between 2 and 6 years of age. I hope the issue is recognized by Ubisoft and can provide a fix. Stuttering may cause a person to be embarrassed and make them feel nervous about talking.

After about 30mins of play, I have 12GB of 32GB of RAM in use. After about 2 minutes, the stutters start.almost as if RAM or some chache is filling up somewhere. At startup, the game runs pretty smooth, not perfect, but playable. High FPS and stable enough to not be the cause of the issue.
